Carrie's strong background in sports, has given her a specific interest in preventing, managing and rehabilitating sports injuries. Carrie has over ten years experience working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in private practice in Australia and the UK. She was trained in Clinical Pilates 2011 with Dance Medicine Australia during her position working in a renowned Melbourne sports clinic. She immediately started seeing the benefits of this while working with various elite sports teams including Melbourne Rebels and Carlton FC in injury prevention and sports conditioning. Ever since she has used Reformer Pilates as a rehabilitative and injury prevention tool for a variety of patients from post operative to post natal. Since moving back to the UK and having her son, Carrie has noticed a lack of specialised support for women returning to post-natal exercise and is passionate about developing the clinic into somewhere women feel they can come to be safely supported, receiving the gold standard treatment in care. She is currently undertaking further training in Womens Health. She has also completed training with PINC and STEEL allowing her to work with women following a cancer diagnosis supporting them through this difficult time. Carrie believes Clinical Pilates is an invaluable clinical resource which can support recovery from injury, prevent future injuries and most importantly enable clients to take control of their own health and ailments, reducing their need for hands on physio and empowering them to live a healthy pain free life.

When Kara first discovered Pilates, she instantly fell in love with how the reformer helped her posture, improved her flexibility and increased her strength. Having previously trained in classical ballet and having to stop due to significant injury, pilates enabled her to re-build her confidence and continually challenge her when other forms of exercise would were not achievable due to injury. In 2023, after leaving a job in the legal profession, she decided to take the plunge and turn her new found passion into a career, completing her Stott intensive reformer course. Outside of work, she likes to look after her body with regular pilates, weight training and cardio. Kara’s favourite form of self care is cooking nourishing meals at home with friends, followed by the odd glass of wine, or two!

Vicki has been working within the holistic wellness industry for over 15 years and a qualified yoga practitioner for over 10 years. Specifically following the very subtle and restorative practice of the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. Principally, Vicki explores the body by deepening release and relaxation by undoing the held tension within the body. Once the ‘postures’ stop being something to achieve then you can work on removing conflict within yourself…making the postures from the inside out and not the outside in! This style of yoga movement can help you let go of years of held tensions and habits, allowing the release helps you grow taller, become more centered and stronger. Exploring with the breath you can achieve wellbeing and peace of mind. All levels are welcome “…Yoga should not be about training for body control, on the contrary it must bring freedom to the body – all the freedom it needs” Vanda Scaravelli
